How can someone from 2 hours away properly evaluate a property? They can’t. We assign only local appraisers with granular knowledge and insight of the property’s locale, neighborhood and valuation history.
Our competition uses technology to turn appraisal management into a self-serve, DIY model. While we continuously invest in technologies that bring efficiency and transparency to the process, we’re still a human-to-human, relationship-driven business.
