Nikki Phanda

Vice President of Operations

Nikki joined IAM in 2016 as Vice President, Operations. In this role, she is responsible for all facets of IAM service delivery and processing. Her daily workload includes direct management of the IAM appraiser vendor management and support team, client engagement and relationship management, ongoing appraisal technology and process improvement (as new technologies emerge), escalation management, and quality control oversight.

Nikki began her career during college when she spent summers working for a local AMC. Over time, she held every client-facing position and played a critical role in the growth of the company from a regional to national provider. Nikki lives in the Greater Philadelphia area.
